This Reading pretzel oven is an s tube oven with radiant burners. This oven was previously used to produce corn chip & pretzel twists. This was one of the longest ovens built by Reading in the mid to late 80s. Some of the sections were taken out for use in the current facility. The oven as it sits now is approximately 82’ long and 1.5M wide. Additional sections can be added. Roll stands and controls are included. Line can be offered AS-IS or reconditioned. Gas control system may need to be updated to current standards. Please contact for details.
