Great little bread system in good shape. Includes (all benier) divider rounder, overhead proofer (w/ kaiser stamp) and moulder. The unit was in operation until removal on 8/20. The head will be removed, machined and reassembled professionally prior to shipping. This is a two pocket system that will do 3200 pieces per hour with a scaling range of 1-32 oz.
